Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-19
These terms form the agreement between you and Yunoc ("we", "us") for your use of the service. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service.
1. What the service is
We provide an encrypted secure-connection service built on an enterprise-grade protocol, for establishing stable encrypted lines across your devices. Peak speed, number of simultaneously connected devices and data allowance vary by the plan you purchase — the checkout page and your member area are authoritative.
2. Your account
- Registration requires a working email address. Please keep it accurate so you can receive service notices and recover your account.
- Your sign-in password and your connection password are two separate credentials; you are responsible for keeping both safe. Losses caused by your failure to do so are yours to bear.
- Your account is for you and your own devices. Reselling, renting or otherwise distributing it is not permitted.
3. Free trial
On successful registration you automatically receive a 24 hours free allowance, so you can evaluate the service properly before paying. Trial allowance has no cash value, is not transferable, and may be withdrawn where it is abused (for example, bulk registration).
3. Payment, renewal and refunds
This service does not offer refunds. That is precisely why a free trial is granted on sign-up — please use it to test your real conditions (your devices, your network, the speed you need) and only pay once you are satisfied.
- Prices are as shown at checkout, settled in Chinese yuan (CNY).
- Payment takes effect immediately. When a plan expires the service stops; the account and any remaining entitlements are handled under the rules in force at that time.
- Promotions, bonus days and reward entitlements follow the terms on the promotions page and are not exchangeable for cash.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- send unsolicited bulk email, scan ports, launch attacks, or otherwise endanger other people's networks or devices;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights;
- share the account beyond your plan's device limit, or resell the service;
- bypass, tamper with or damage our metering, authentication or security mechanisms;
- do anything else contrary to the laws that apply where you are, or where the service operates.
You remain responsible for ensuring your use complies with the law applicable to you.
5. If these terms are broken
Where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, we may warn you, throttle, suspend or terminate the service, according to the seriousness of the breach. Accounts terminated for breach are not refunded; if loss is caused to us or to a third party, you are responsible for it.
6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Network conditions, upstream links, maintenance and events beyond our control can all affect availability. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades or security, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the service after a change is published means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact us
For any question about these terms, or about your account, billing or an enforcement decision, please reach us through the support desk / ticket system in your member area — it is our only official channel, and it keeps a record of the whole exchange.
